Makes the field read-only: the chosen text shows in a read-only text field, and the value still posts.

The options. Not needed for enums, whose values are listed automatically, or with Search.

Finds options for the typed text, for lists too long to send whole. Called with "" to fill the list at first (on every page), and as the user types on interactive pages. Return a short list, such as the first 50 matches.

Milliseconds to wait after the last keystroke before calling Search.

The text for each option, also what's typed to find it and what the field shows once chosen. Defaults to the enum value's [Display(Name)] or its string form. Keep it unique.

Markup for each option in the list, such as an icon or avatar. The field shows ItemText.

Text in the empty field, such as "Search countries". Also the empty option without script.

Shown when nothing matches.

Shown while Search runs.

The accessible name of the button that opens the list.

The value, bound with @bind-Value.

The field's name in validation messages from the input itself, such as a value that can't be parsed.

The visible label. Defaults to the model property's [Display(Name)], or its name.

Keeps the label for screen readers but doesn't show it, as in a toolbar or a one-field newsletter form. Checkboxes and switches show their label beside the box, so this doesn't apply.

Help text shown under the field and linked to it for screen readers.

Whether a value is required. Defaults to whether the property has [Required].

Disables the field. Disabled fields are not posted with the form.

Height, shared with buttons. Defaults to ControlSize.Md.

Classes for the field's outer wrapper (label, control, hint and error).

Inline style for the field's outer wrapper, after its generated custom properties.

Hides the field from this breakpoint up.

Shows the field only from this breakpoint up.

Margin on all sides, in spacing steps (-16 to 16; one step = 4px).

Horizontal margin. When set, replaces Margin on this axis.

Vertical margin. When set, replaces Margin on this axis.

Top margin. When set, replaces MarginY and Margin on this side.

Bottom margin. When set, replaces MarginY and Margin on this side.

Margin at the start (left in left-to-right text). Replaces MarginX and Margin on this side.

Margin at the end (right in left-to-right text). Replaces MarginX and Margin on this side.

Width of the whole field (label, control, hint).

Minimum width of the whole field.

Maximum width of the whole field.

Whether to grow into free space inside a Stack, Row or Column: <TextField Grow />.

Whether to shrink when space is short inside a Stack, Row or Column. Defaults to true.

Starting size inside a Stack, before growing or shrinking.

Alignment across the parent's direction, overriding the parent's Align for this field only.

How many columns the field spans in a Form or Fieldset with Columns; GridSpan.Full for the whole row. Never more than the columns shown.

Starts a new row in a Form or Fieldset with Columns, or a Grid, leaving the rest of the row before it empty.
